Booking and Cancellation Policies

Bookings are considered confirmed only upon payment of a minimum deposit of 50% of the total.
Cancellation by the client:
• up to 7 days before: full refund of the deposit;
• from 6 to 3 days before: 50% refund of the deposit;
• less than 72 hours before the tour: no refund.
No-show:
• no refund provided.
Cancellation due to bad weather, adverse sea conditions, or technical issues, the tour can be:
• rescheduled at no additional cost;
• fully refunded;
• conducted on a different boat.
Modification and rescheduling requests:
Booking modification requests are subject to availability and can be rescheduled from Monday to Friday.
Rescheduling requests with a weekend date (Saturday and Sunday) are accepted only on an
exceptional basis:
• if approved, a 20% penalty on the total amount will be applied.
Modifications are considered confirmed only after our written approval (email or
message).

In case of lease, fuel is not included; the client will pay directly at the pump for the fuel consumed during the use of the boat.
